Abstract
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah to increase their Professionalism in carrying out their duties as madrasa leaders. This situation is inseparable from the guidance and responsibility of the madrasa supervisor. This study aims to determine how the accountability of Madrasah supervisors in increasing the professionalism of the head of the madrasa tsanawiyah in Jambi Province. The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that the accountability of madrasah supervisors can be seen from the existence of transparency, liability, controllability, responsibility, and responsiveness. The professionalism of the madrasah head can be seen from the implementation of the stages of planning, managing, leading and controlling the program, as well as the components of implementing education in madrasas based on the National Education Standards. The conclusion is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors can increase the professionalism of the Head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. The implication of this study is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors is able to develop the professionalism of the Head of Islamic Education in Jambi Province.

Abstract
The problem that becomes the study of this study is about the low motivation of entrepreneurship in vocational students. The importance of reviewing this motivation is because vocational students in addition to internalizing knowledge and skills to apply it in community life also prepare to work. The theoretical approach to discussing this research consists of the grand theory of motivation from the Mc Clelland process motivation theory. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the description of the family environment towards the entrepreneurial motivation of vocational students throughout the city of Bandung. The research subjects were vocational school students in Bandung city with 345 respondents, the research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Descriptive data analysis by describing each variable, inferential analysis by testing the hypothesis by using linear regression and t test. The results of the study show that family entrepreneurship learning and chemistry and work ethic education have a positive effect on entrepreneurial motivation. There is a difference in entrepreneurial motivation seen from gender. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that increasing some indicators from variables that are still low.

Abstract
A persons confidence to succeed in running a business that will be carried out is called Entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is not an innate ability, but can be generated by motivating students to become entrepreneurs. The effort to grow self-efficacy for entrepreneurship was carried out to 35 Kanjuruhan University Malang students. The activity is entrepreneurship training, visits / observations in MSMEs, internship activities in MSMEs, and training in preparing a business plan. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence ESE. Data is collected through observation, questionnaires, and tests. Data were analysed using multiple regression using the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that entrepreneurship training and internships in MSMEs had a positive effect on ESE, while the visits to MSMEs and training in business plan preparation had no effect on ESE.

Abstract
The research was conducted with the aim to find out the evaluation the performance of school principals in improving the professionalism of education teachers of Junior High School in Jambi. The evaluation on principal performance aims to provide an assessment of work results, work performance obtained by a religious teacher of Islam. Performance evaluation can provide feedback on goals Performance, targets of planning, and implementation processes of religious teachers work. One of the duties and obligations of the principal is to improve professionalism of Islamic teachers, both in the field of pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence, so that produce quality student participants. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach, with in-case case study design the meaning of research is to focus on only one phenomenon that is chosen and wanted understood deeply. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and observation. Results of this study are expected that through the performance evaluation of the principal it can improve pedagogic, personality, social, professional teacher and should produce quality students.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the assessment process of educational personnel, describe the obstructions during the assessment and formulate the solutions to manage the obstructions in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. This research applies qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected by doing an observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate the performance assessment process of educational personnel, particularly those with permanent status (civil servant) in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Kota Jambi is carried out fairly well by referring to Government Regulation and applicable law. The appraisal is based on the Employee Work Objectives (EWO) and work behavior. This assessment was processed by the appraisal officials, the Head of Administration and the headmaster. The Employee Work Objectives made by the educational personnel contain periodic reports on performance results made in daily, weekly, monthly and annual periods. Therefore, the work behavior is assessed by the appraisal officials during the working time based on aspects of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation, and leadership. The assessment of educational personnel in Madrasah from 2016 to 2017has improved, specifically in the appraisement of Employee Work Objectives, discipline, service, and work commitment. However, obstacles are also found in the implementation of the assessment as in the malfunction of fingerprint devices when the power outage happens and the subjectivity in assessing educational personnel. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to prepare an official report to replace the failure of fingerprint device as proof of the presence of educational personnel, and to do evaluation and advisement together along with the assessed officials and the assessors to avoid any subjectivity in performance appraisal of education personnel.

Abstract
This article aims to describe the management activities in improving university accreditation and quality of management of Islamic Studies Program in Postgraduate Center of UIN Raden Fatah. Implementation of management in Islamic Studies programs essentially leads to quality improvement and accreditation, and to deliver graduates to have a set of knowledge, life skills, character and ability in order to be accepted in an increasingly competitive workplace or able to create creative and productive jobs. Facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, Islamic Studies Program of UIN Raden Fatah prepare an internet or ICT-based learning approach to improve the quality of learning and improve the professionalism of lecturers, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of management, governance and administration. The application of learning based on internet in Islamic Studies study programs in order to realize the university goals to be excellent in the programs and become international standard universities, with nationalism and Islamic characteristics.

Abstract
Management in the broadest sense is planning, organizing, directing, and controlling or supervising, has been carried out by the leadership of the Islamic Boarding School, even though the level of skill (competence) varies from one another. Even in the process, the leaders of Islamic Boarding School are not only based on the management function, but are also equipped with various other activities based on religious beliefs (practices of the Sunnah) that they believe in. Starting from a high sincerity that is whatever managerial work they do is purely due to God to an attitude of generosity. So, the researchers are not enough to look at the managerial process in the Islamic Boarding School only with the eyes of modern management. Islam does not only talk about theology, but it is a perfect civilization, so globally found values of management regarding work plans, work motivation, ways of working, cooperation, leading, evaluating, controlling, etc., even in ways special ways to be successful in the work program through prayer, dzikir, wirid specifically, mujahadah, riyadhah batiniyah, etc. in order to get taufiq (success in carrying out deeds), hidayah (instructions for running deeds), and ma-unah (help to run deeds deeds) ) from Allah SWT. Thus, in that way, not a few Islamic Boarding School leaders have good managerial competence, so that they successfully manage the educational institutions they lead, both in terms of infrastructure, educational processes, and results achieved; This is recognized by many parties about the success and even its superiority, so that the graduates are also not a few who succeed in the midst of society.

Abstract
Internal quality assurance is a necessity for higher education to remain able to provide quality assurance to customers amid global competition. The quality policy is the main foundation in realizing quality assurance. Without a standard policy, the direction and guidelines for implementing quality assurance will not be clear. Therefore, this study focuses on the policies of the higher education s internal quality assurance system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study method in one faculty. The research data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that 1) quality assurance policies became guidelines in the implementation of internal quality assurance as outlined in the form of quality manuals that referred to the national standards of higher education which included academic and non-academic activities, 2) policies formulated together through coordination and decision-making, 3) to support the implementation of the policy, a Team is formed which is in charge of coordinating the implementation of quality assurance. 4) the quality assurance model applied is the PDCA Model (plan, do, check and action).
